Dan Bruckner is Tamr’s co-founder and chief technology officer—leading the company’s technical vision and innovation strategies. In his 10+ years at Tamr, Dan has driven advancements in AI-based master data management, keeping the platform at the forefront of data management solutions for enterprise customers. Before Tamr, Dan worked as a software engineer at MIT, alongside Turing Award winner and fellow Tamr co-founder Michael Stonebraker—researching machine-driven approaches to data integration. And earlier in his career, he held a position as a particle physicist at CERN’s ATLAS collaboration. Dan earned his master’s degree in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Chicago.
