Unlimited Vacation, Flexible Working Hours
Tamr’s PTO Policy is for you to take the time you need, when you need it, to achieve balance in your life to deliver exceptional results when you are on the job. The amount of PTO is not specifically defined, but we recommend Tamrs take at least 3-4 weeks of planned vacation time each year. Our People Ops tracks vacation usage quarterly to ensure that Tamrs are taking time off.
Flexible Working Hours
Industry leading parental leaveWhether through birth, adoption, or foster care, primary caregivers can take up to 15 weeks and secondary caregivers can take up to 6 weeks, both paid at 100%. Each Tamr can define whether they are a primary or secondary caregiver.
