January’s updates continue Tamr’s focus on operational clarity and trusted data workflows. With new Curator Hub enhancements and platform-wide notifications, teams gain greater visibility into curation activity, platform events, and the systems that rely on mastered data.

Faster, More Precise Curation in Curator Hub

Curator Hub, Tamr’s mission control for human and agentic data curation, received several usability enhancements designed to help teams work more efficiently and curate data with greater confidence. Users can now filter the golden records table using exact-match criteria across selected attributes, making it easier to locate specific data in the system of record. From the same table, new action shortcuts allow you to jump directly into editing a record or viewing its 360-degree profile.

Curation workflows are now even more transparent. When merging records, users are prompted to confirm the action, reducing the risk of accidental merges. In addition, closed items in the Suggested Duplicates and Suggested Edits queues now display who closed the item and when, improving auditability and accountability across curation activity.

Platform Notifications via Webhooks

Platform notifications are now generally available to all customers through webhooks. You can configure webhooks to receive real-time notifications for key platform events and send them directly into your monitoring tools or automated workflows. Supported notifications include user authentication and authorization events, as well as job state changes. These updates make it easier to monitor platform activity, track job health, and respond quickly to issues—without manual checks or custom polling.

In Case You Missed It: Tamr Support Portal

In December, we launched the new Tamr Support Portal, giving customers a centralized way to manage support interactions. Through the portal, users can view all their tickets, open new ones, and reply to ongoing conversations—all in one place. Tamr still supports email-based ticket submission, but the portal provides a more streamlined and transparent support experience.
