Tamr Updates <1 Minute: December 2025

December’s release focuses on giving teams more control, visibility, and support for data mastering at scale. From improved job management to stronger record-level auditability and a new support experience, these updates are designed to make day-to-day operations smoother and more transparent.
Introducing the Tamr Support Portal
We’ve launched the new Tamr Support Portal, giving customers a centralized way to manage support interactions. Through the portal, users can view all their tickets, open new ones, and reply to ongoing conversations—all in one place. Email-based ticket submission is still supported, but the portal provides a more streamlined and transparent support experience.
More Control Over Jobs
Users can now cancel jobs that are in progress and re-run completed jobs directly from the Jobs page. This gives teams greater flexibility when managing pipelines—whether they need to stop a long-running process, respond to an issue, or quickly re-execute a job without reconfiguring it. The result is faster recovery, better resource usage, and more confidence in day-to-day operations.
Clearer Record History in 360-Degree View Pages
Record history events in 360-degree view pages now show who made each update. Users can filter record history by user and date range, making it easier to audit changes, investigate issues, and understand how records evolve over time. This enhancement strengthens governance and builds trust in mastered data.
