Tamr Hosts Recruiting Open House

In July, Tamr closed $28 million in new equity capital from several strategic partners to bring the total raised to $69 million. These funds enable us to continue our rapid growth which is also fueled by new urgency for large enterprises to reinvent how data is managed and unifed to accelerate digital transformation.
In order to support the rapid growth, the Tamr team hosted a Recruiting Open House on Thursday November 8th. Taking place in our Cambridge office, our Open House had over 20 attendees, a selection of fine wine and cheeses, and festive floral decor. It was a true pleasure meeting everyone and introducing Tamr to potential new hires. Out of our 20 attendees, we are currently interviewing 10 and have thoroughly enjoyed looking through the impressive resumes and portfolios that we were given. Customer Success:
Customer Success partners with our clients to deliver transformational business outcomes. Â Working with some of the largest companies around the world (Global 2000), our employees pride themselves on not only building strong relationships but also providing strategic advice – connecting clients with best practices and other companies solving similar challenges.
Engineering and QA:
Engineering and Quality Assurance builds and tests products that solve customer problems, ranging from back-end data processing and machine learning to front end presentation and dashboarding. We build enterprise software that solves one of the most time-consuming, manually intensive problems in data science: enriching, curating, and preparing data.
Product:
The product team at Tamr is responsible for setting the long-term product vision as well as the more tactical roadmap, working with all parts of the company to collect feedback and execute on that plan.
Design:
Our design team is focused on visualization, from discovery research to prototyping, wireframing, facilitating design reviews, and running usability tests.
Solutions:
The solutions team is focused on driving all activity related to Tamr’s solutions. The goal of each Solution is to maximize the value we deliver to our customers through a combination of our core technology, adjacent technologies, and analytics tailored to a vertical.
Sales:
Tamr has developed a world-class software product that has demonstrated a significant competitive advantage in the hot enterprise data preparation marketspace.  We are seeking motivated team players who are excited by the prospect of capitalizing on Tamr’s proven success with existing accounts and the company’s unlimited market potential.
Marketing:
The Marketing team showcases the Tamr story to the world. We help enterprise companies understand why a machine-driven, human guided approach to data unification drives better outcomes. We also work to draw in brands to consider Tamr when they are are in need of a data unification solution.
